HOUSE. 11 (SOMETHING) PM A toy car is sliding along a toy track. Making a loop and landing on a ground. Moria is right above it. A little 11 yr old girl. She picks up the toy car. MORIA This is not real driving. She throws the toy car. A boy catches the toy car. It is Dani. An 8 yr old boy. DANI Of course it's not. It's a toy. MORIA Toys are not cool enough. I can beat a real race. Moria comes to the window. There is a futuristic looking small town on a sea. In the sea, on an artificial island, we can see a huge, futuristic racetrack with jumps and loops. DANI No you can't. MORIA I can. DANI You tried already. MORIA We didn't reach the track. DANI Okay... Show me. You never beat me on the simulator. Dani is pointing on a computer type device with a steering wheel. MORIA This is not accurate physics. DANI Okay. We have bicycles. There are 2 bicycles in the room. Orange one and smaller Bluish one. The Orange just fell and knocked the Bluish one. MORIA They're broken. DANI What do you want to tell me? That you can go there now? Again... Steal a car... And win the race of 12? MORIA Yes. Dani rolls his eyes in confusion. DANI No you cant. He locked all the cars. MORIA Bet? DANI Okay... Bet. If I win both simulators are mine for an entire week. But I'll tell you. One. We need to be sleeping. Two. If you leave the house again at night, Paps will be very angry. Three. The cars are locked now. And four. It's 11 something. MORIA So what? DANI We have less then an hour. In the window they see a truck arrives. There is a Paps and Jack inside. DANI Paps! MORIA Lights off. Lights turn off. Moria and Dani are jumping into beds. Outside, the truck is going to a stop. A tense shot of the door. A few moments later door opens up. Paps is there. He is looking with a serious face. Checking if they are asleep. Checking Dani. Looking to the other way. Checking Moria. Seems fine to him. He closes the door and goes. Moria gets up. MORIA I need your help. DANI What do you need me for? MORIA Truck is not locked. But I would not reach the pedals. INT. HALLWAY. 11 (SOMETHING) PM Door opens up. Moria and Dani come out of there into the hallway. DANI How will you win a race on a truck? MORIA No... On the truck we get there. And I gonna do something. I'll get a car from somebody who's on a race. DANI And what if they...? MORIA Shut up, I'm opening the door Moria opens the other door. INT. GUEST ROOM. 11 (SOMETHING) PM The entire scene as one shot. Moria and Dani come out. There is a huge shelf with books by the door. Very long. They are walking along it. MORIA What would they do? We own the place. DANI But we don't own all the cars. MORIA Okay we try to get our team's car. DANI Jack already has trouble wining. Now you want to make the chances even worse. MORIA I gonna win the race. They get to a spiral staircase by the end of the shelf. We see that the whole place is lit by a huge screen with a picture of a racetrack. They go down the stairs. MORIA Okay what if he forgot to lock one of the cars. DANI After the last time he sure didn't. MORIA Let's check quickly. Camera slowly flies backwards. Revealing the whole place. We see a model of the racetrack in the middle of the room and big collection of various race cars. All blue. Moria and Dani start trying to open them. But they are all locked. EXT. MORIA'S HOUSE. 11 (SOMETHING) PM Moria and Dani walk out the house sad. And trying to sneak toward the truck. Moria and Dani quietly. DANI We gonna get in trouble again. MORIA This time I know what I'm doing. DANI Last time we could not even reach the sea. MORIA I'm faster now. So shut up. DANI On a truck? They are close to the front of the truck. Truck's lights are on. DANI Lights are on. MORIA He is so stupid... Paps is standing right behind Moria. Dani gets scared. MORIA What? PAPS Who did you call stupid? MORIA Jack... A racing driver Jack is coming from around the truck. JACK Me? Moria realizes who is behind her. She turns around. MORIA Hi, Paps. Hi, Jack. PAPS Why are you not sleeping? Betting again? MORIA No... Just a ... DANI We were curious. PAPS Curious of what? DANI What are you doing here an hour before the race? PAPS We just got that. Everybody goes around the truck. PAPS Probably gonna loose anyway. JACK You are about the tower-spin? I gonna make it. PAPS You say it every time. But for the last 6 months only Tali Stern is doing the tower-spin correctly. Moria and Dani go around the truck and see - a cool race car. (with 2 seats.) It's Neonspeedster. MORIA Holly crazyness, it's a real Neonspeedster. PAPS Don't even dream about it. MORIA It's the only car I can reach the pedals of. PAPS You are not getting into it. MORIA Paps? PAPS What? MORIA Let me just sit inside once. I beg you... It's a like a dream car. PAPS No... MORIA Please... Please. PAPS No... Moria... Go sleep. Moria is not about to give up. She thinks of something clever. MORIA 10 seconds. 10 seconds and I'm out. I just want to feel the wheel of Neonspeedster. Maybe it's my only chance. JACK Well if I fall again from the tower-spin this is the last change for her. PAPS So now you are saying that you are not gonna make it. JACK Ah... Paps is getting softer. PAPS Fine. 10 seconds. Dani? Moria and Dani enter the car. Paps is holding the door of the car. PAPS 10... 9... 8... Moria presses the start button. Neonspeedster starts up. PAPS Hey!!! JACK Oh... Yes... Moria moves the gear lever into the first gear. PAPS Moria! Dani! Get out!!! JACK Come on, Man. What if she does the tower-spin? PAPS She is a kid. Moria pushes the gas pedal and the Neonspeedster drives away. Jack is smiling. Paps and Jack jump into the truck and drive after the Neonspeedster. EXT. DUNE TOWN. 11 (SOMETHING) PM Neonspeedster with Moria and Dani inside is going fast on the road. The truck with Paps and Jack is right after. Ringtone. It's Dani's phone. Dani answers the phone. It's Paps. (it says it on the screen). DANI Don't hit me. PAPS Gimme Moria. DANI Moria. It's Paps. MORIA I'm Driving. DANI Paps, shes driving. PAPS I know. That's why I called you, and not her. MORIA What does he want? DANI What do you want? PAPS What does she want? DANI We are going to win the race at 12 PAPS You are children! You can't even drive. MORIA What did he say? DANI You are children, you can't even drive. Paps's truck hits a light stand. MORIA That's you, who can't drive. DANI She said you can't drive. PAPS I heard it. I'm on a truck! JACK Do you want me to drive? PAPS Shut up! Moria truns from Looparound street to ToRacetrack street. Paps sees it and goes after her. But she already turned onto Smallround street. Paps lost them both. So he stopped. PAPS Dani, where are you both? Dani... Neonspeedster keeps ridding along the road alone. Moria turn to the Deepdown street toward the sea. Dani is looking at his phone with a scared face. DANI Moria. MORIA What? DANI I didn't take the charger. MORIA How much percent left? DANI It just turned off. Moria looks shocked. Slightly scared. DANI Moria? MORIA Nothing should stop me. DANI Moria? Where is your phone? MORIA It doesn't matter. DANI You forgot it? From Moria's eyes falls a tear. Neonspeedster stops. Moria looks at Dani. MORIA It's not too far away yet. Go home. DANI No. MORIA I don't have my phone. Should anything go wrong, there will be no way for me to contact Paps, or anybody. DANI So what? Let's go, get to the race. MORIA How I even gonna get into the race? DANI You are in a car that's in the race. MORIA You sure you want to go with me? DANI No. But I just don't know the way back home. Moria smiles. Neonspeedster starts again and goes. EXT. DUNE TOWN. NIGHT. There is an underwater tunnel made of glass that connects the city and the racetrack in the sea. On the entrance to the tunnel there is a road block. And a payment machine that opens the tunnel for those who pay the entrance fee. A couple of cars stop by the block, pay and then pass. Neonspeedster is slowly passing by the block. On Looparound street. MORIA We have a problem. DANI What? MORIA The tunnel is Locked. And your phone is dead. DANI No. MORIA Think, think. We need to get pass the sea somehow. DANI I'd build a huge catapult. And throw us like a rock on the water. So we bounce till we get there. MORIA It's unrealistic. DANI I know. Moria thinks. MORIA But wait. You are a genius. DANI Where are we gonna build a catapult? MORIA Not the catapult. Forget the catapult. The bounce. We can try doing it. Moria turn to onto the Throughsand st. and from that to Toracetrack st. but away from the sea. DANI We will drown. MORIA If we will go with enough speed... DANI Moria! We will drown! Moria turns around. So now the car is facing the racetrack and the sea. MORIA It will work. I know. DANI Okay... I'm going home. MORIA Too late. Moria floors the gas pedal. Neonspeedster accelerates towards the sea. Moria changes gears. The speed rises to unbelievable. The sea comes. Dani screams. Moria screams too. Neonspeedster jumps off into the see. And indeed bounces. But with such a speed. The car is basically driving on the water. Dolphins with weird glowing dots join the Neonspeedster. The sequence is mind-bendingly beautiful. Neonspeedster starts sinking. But they are very close to the Racetrack. DANI We are sinking. MORIA We are almost there. DANI I told you we gonna sink. The wheels touch the sand in the water. MORIA See it's fine. DANI Well there is a second problem. MORIA No problem I got it. Moria drives Neonspeedster out the water. DANI Ah... Don't you see it? MORIA We are already here nothing to worry about. DANI Look up. The wall. Dani points his finger on a huge wall that stays on the sand and all of the racetrack is up on top. MORIA We just gonna go around. DANI Moria, there is no way around. Remember the model? Remember the simulator? I know it's a minor detail. But if you get off the track, without the truck, there is no way back on it. MORIA Oh, no... There is gonna be a way. DANI Oh no indeed. MORIA What? Dani is looking away with a scared face. DANI Paps and Jack. MORIA Where? DANI There... Dani point at the exit from the tunnel. And we see Papses truck getting up from the t to tunnel to the racetrack. EXT. RACETRACK. 11 (SOMETHING) PM Paps is driving and doesn't pay attention. But Jack saw the kids with the side of his eye. JACK Neonspeedster in the sand. PAPS What? JACK I... Nothing. PAPS Where? JACK It looked like the Neonspeedster is over there in the sand. Papses truck stops. PAPS Where exactly? JACK Over there... Jack points at the Neonspeedster. Papses truck gets closer to the edge. Paps sees the Neonspeedster and the kids. Dani and Moria see him seeing them. MORIA Oh no indeed. CUT TO: Papses truck lowers the cargo area down to the kids. We can see on the background other teams trucks are unpacking their cars. RedKiss, DarkShadow, Underground, PoorCharlie and Just3000. PAPS Get in, both of you. Moria and Dani go out the car and... PAPS With the Neonspeedster. MORIA I'm a kid I gonna break it. PAPS You drove it all the way to here without a scratch. Do it. Moria and Dani sit back into the Neonspeedster and drive into the cargo area. Paps looking back at Jack. PAPS They're in, Jack. Jack presses something on the tablet in the cabin and the cargo area closes and rises up. Jack drives the truck a bit forward and lowers the cargo down again. Opening it and revealing Neonspeedster with Moria and Dani inside. But this time up on top. Moria drives out. PAPS You've lost, get out. Moria and Dani are going out of the car and very scared of what going to happen. DANI Don't hit me. PAPS It's illegal. MORIA I just wanted... PAPS We gonna talk later. There is no time. Jack... Jack runs to Neonspeedster. PAPS We have 2 minutes. Check the car. Moria, Dani... To the truck. Now! Moria and Dani are going to the truck. DANI I think we didn't need to get out of the car. And we needed to go to the race since we up here already. MORIA You could've told me that inside. Moria is angrily, sadly, pissed off goes to the Truck. She is about to sit on the front, right seat. But she sees something. It's a helmet. Dani sits in the back and Paps comes to the truck as well. Sitting on the front, left side. PAPS Jack will do everything himself. Paps put the Truck into the first gear and start's driving. Papses truck drives toward the exit. MORIA You don't want to be here when he loses right? PAPS It's not your business. Jack runs besides the truck. From the Papses side. He strikes the truck. Truck stops. Paps opens his door. PAPS Jack, race! JACK I forgot my helmet. PAPS You gotta be kidding me. Paps looks back. And there is no helmet and no Moria. The door is open. Dani sits there with a nasty smile. Moria runs towards Neonspeedster with the helmet in her hands. Paps angrily runs after her. But he is too slow to catch up. Moria gets into the Neonspeedster and puts on the helmet on. PAPS The race! Moria drives to the entrance of the race. There are trucks of other teams and other cars. Beside those trucks. Like an alley, stand other race cars with their drivers ready to get into the cars. They are gearing up and sitting into the cars. It's Tali Stern with Red Kiss, Mike Fast with Dark Shadow, Michael Hay with Underground, Sharon Lively with Poor Charlie and Fredy Funny with Just 3000. They judgmentally look at her while she scarily passing them and coming first onto the racetrack. They follow her. Paps doesn't know what to do he takes his phone out. JACK Give her a chance. PAPS But she is a kid... JACK So what? Papses eyes are getting sad and emotional. He looks at Jack. Paps has a tear. He wipes it off. PAPS I know. I can call to the helmet. Paps dials a number. Jack doesn't know how to react to this. He is confused and slightly scared. PAPS We are going to help her. She is not a professional. JACK Oh.. Okay MEANWHILE: Moria is on the Racetrack. Taking her position on the starting line. Other cars take their positions. PAPS ( voice ) Moria, Moria can you hear me? Moria is confused a little. But then she painfully realizes that it's in the helmet. MORIA How do I turn it off? PAPS Moria, no need to turn it off. MORIA Alright I guess or you gonna shut up or I'm going to race with no helmet. You will not stop me. PAPS I'm not trying, Moria... There is a light on the start of the track. With 3 dots. One of dots just turned on. Everybody revving their engines. PAPS ... those are some insane people you are competing with. We want to help. MORIA You were going from the race. PAPS Now that we have somebody better then Jack, I'm not imbarased to stay. Jack don't take this... JACK It's fine... Moria smiles. Second light turns on. PAPS And if you loose we can always say that you are just 11. MORIA It's kind a scary actually. PAPS You've got till here, on a racecar, with not a single scratch. You can do this. The third light turns on. MORIA I love you, Paps. Everybody starts racing. In front of them is a U-turn with a small bridge on top. There is a holographic thing that shows the turn. The racetrack is on the water. If you try to short cut it, you would fall into the water. Everybody is making this turn perfectly. Next turn is a U-turn again but to the other side. There is a trap hole with palms for those who try to short cut. Everybody is still fine except of Freddy. He falls into the hole and hits the palm. MORIA Oh god! PAPS It's fine, Moria. Focus. Paps, Jack and Dani are on a observation tower looking down at the race. Moria gets to a turn with no borders. If she doesn't make the turn, she falls into the water. PAPS Water trap! MORIA I see. Mike hits her slightly with his back. Moria is edging the fall... DANI Oh no. Moria is trying to steer her way back up to the track. She looses positions. PAPS Come on. Moria makes it back. Though last place. MORIA Easy. After a couple of normal turns. There is a section of a narrow closed part of the track. Everybody is driving this part slower. But when they get out, they are accelerating very quickly. Moria is out too. Moria is trying to overtake Michael that's right in front of her. There are a few turns where she attempts an overtake. But she can't. Michael is positioning himself in-front so she could not overtake. MORIA Move! PAPS Don't worry, you can try overtaking in the tube. There is a lot more space to do it. After the next turn. There is a huge, glass pipe going underwater. It's a very pretty image. In the tube while having more space and daring to ride on the top part of the tube she overtakes Michael and Mike. There are only 2 left in front. Sharon Lively and Tali Stern. Moria gets out the tube and her view fills up with a huge loop that's in front of them. PAPS Ah... Moria... A loop... MORIA I see it. PAPS Maybe... MORIA I gonna go full speed on this one. PAPS Oh no! Moria is switching gears just perfectly to get maximum acceleration. MORIA Not fast enough. I know.... Moria switches for a moment to a lower gear. Revving the engine to it's maxed out. And then switches back to the highest gear. Getting a little boost from it. She goes onto the loop right after Sharon. Dani, Paps and Jack are looking at it in fear and excitement. Moria makes the loop. But there is another loop. PAPS Moria... Second loop! MORIA I know, relax. Moria does the trick with the gears again. Boosting again. And going on the second loop after Sharon. Sharon wasn't fast enough so she slightly looses grip to the track and slights. PAPS Oh... Oh... Sharon lands, but stars spinning. Moria passes just in time for her to have space beside Sharon. But Mike and Michael crash right into Sharon. Michael is in the water, Mike is upside down. So is Sharon. MORIA Are they okay? PAPS Stop caring. Focus. MORIA Are they? Paps looks at the incident. Everybody is fine. Michael is swimming in the water, Mike is standing there helping Sharon to get out. PAPS Seems fine. MORIA How far away is Tali? PAPS She is doing the tower-spin. Moria. Stop. Only Tali can manage the tower-spin. MORIA I'll give it a shot. PAPS There is no structural thing that keeps you on the track. If you fall, it's a very serious change of death, Moria. MORIA Do you want me to try making it without the helmet? Tali is going up the tower-spin. A huge upward road that ends very high in the air with U-turn. And then a huge road back down. Tali climbs up and makes the turn. She is very good at this. She smiles. But then she looses grip on the way back. She is not smiling anymore. The back of the car is getting way too heavy and turns the car upside down as she falls. The curvature of the ending catches the front of the car and gives it a bump. Tali slides upside down across the road up to the turn in the end. Then her car due to friction rotates back to normal. And lands on the wall of the track. So her wheels do not touch the ground. She is trapped. PAPS Oh my god, Moria. Stop! MORIA No... Moria climbs the tower-spin. Paps, Jack and Dani are on the edge. Flashes of photographs are everywhere. Moria is on the top. She turns scraping the edge of the turn. She looses grip as well. Everybody is scared. Moria is scared. On the curve on the bottom Moria gets the grip back and lands perfectly. MORIA Wow!!! Paps, Jack and Dani are super happy. Moria stops near Tali's car. Tali sees her. She looks angry at first. But then she realizes that Moria just did the tower-spin. Tali looks back at Moria with a more accepted face and gives her a thumbs up. Moria slowly reverses to bump Tali's car out of the trap. Tali is ready to race now. Paps, Jack and Dani look at each other. Moria gestures Tali to go. Tali gestures Moria to go. Moria raises a finger 'I have an idea'. Tali looks carefully. Moria starts a countdown with her fingers. 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... GO.... Race starts again. Moria and Tali are having the same exact position for a very big chunk of the road. A turn. Tali goes ahead. Moria is not about to give up. The finish line is around a corner. Moria is scared to lose. Paps, Dani and Jack are looking at it with faces of tension. Last turn. Moria is close. Tali is deep in her thoughts. Moria overtakes her barely on the last turn. And goes just a little ahead at the finish line. Moria wins. Neonspeedster and RedKiss stop. Tali opens her hatch and gets out the car. Moria sits in the Neonspeedster unable to comprehend what just happened. A lot of camera flashes. Light comes on Moria's face from all direction. MORIA Dani? DANI Yes? MORIA Told you... THE END
