respects the user's freedom and is also a Text Editor software and IDE software.
Also it reads 3 of the same formats as
GNU emacs such as: ASCII, UTF-8 and UTF-16 and saves to 3 of the same formats as
GNU emacs such as: ASCII, UTF-8 and UTF-16.
