If you have a project that you want to see listed here:

Make sure you have a publicly facing API ( preferably JSON ) with data about the recent campaign.
For security reasons make sure this API call does not require any API keys. If a platform you use requires an API key, make sure to have a proxy of it available that doesn't.
Make sure it contains information about a current campaign. And would automatically host information about the next campaign using the same API call.
Make sure it has a goal and current progress data-points. If you don't have a specific campaign goal, and just have normal donations, in the data, make the goal be project's monthly experiences and the collected data be the money you received this month.
Have a link to a page where people can find out how to donate to you.

The most basic ( manual ) way you can do that is by opening a git repository ( where a raw file could be accessed ) and editing this raw file based on your current updates.
